Unbox Moss is an online store specializing in handmade decorative products created with preserved natural moss and natural materials.
II. Handmade Products
All Unbox Moss products are handmade and crafted individually after an order is placed.
Due to the handcrafted process and the use of natural preserved moss, each item requires a production time of approximately 4–5 business days before it is shipped.
Because natural materials are used, each piece may vary slightly in color, texture, and composition. These variations are natural and part of the uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.
III. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, materials may become unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
IV. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in EUR (€).
Prices may include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping conditions apply.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
V. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Unbox Moss reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.
VI. Production Time
All products are made to order.
Estimated production time: 4–5 business days.
This time is required for the preparation, assembly, and quality control of each handmade product.
VII. Shipping
Orders are shipped after the production process is completed.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
Bulgaria – 1–2 business days
Central & Eastern Europe – 3–5 business days
Germany, Austria, Italy – 3–5 business days
Western Europe – 4–6 business days
Scandinavia – 4–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 6–11 business days depending on destination.
Free EU shipping is available for orders over €200.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak seasons.
VIII. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, designs, and branding is the property of Unbox Moss.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
IX. Limitation of Liability
Unbox Moss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
