CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY
Some Unbox Moss products may be customized according to customer requirements.
1. Custom Orders
Custom orders may include specific sizes, designs, frames, or personalized decorative elements.
2. Production Time
Custom products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.
3. Order Confirmation
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Returns
Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Natural Material Variations
Because natural preserved moss is used, each custom piece may differ slightly from images or previous designs.
